We are a small, independent, woman-owned, traditional publishing company. We publish science fiction and fantasy novels written exclusively by women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other minorities.
Quills and Cosmos Press calls northern Colorado home, specifically Fort Collins.
Q&C publishes books by human authors. We don't accept manuscripts written with generative AI. Our covers and all elements are made by human artists. We believe that our authors and creative partners deserve clear attribution, and that readers deserve to know what they're purchasing. This policy applies to all works published by Quills and Cosmos Press.
