The Charity
Kids In Need of Defense
Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) is a nonprofit organization dedicated
to protecting the rights and well-being of unaccompanied and separated
immigrant and refugee children.
Through legal representation, social services, and advocacy, KIND
works to ensure that children navigating complex immigration systems
are not forced to face them alone.
After direct production costs (see below) all proceeds from the sales of Hope Is Not Passive will go to the charity.
